Kurze Erklärung für die Umfrage: Die Antortmöglichkeiten sind die zusammengerechneten Startwochenenden der letzten Disney Animation & Pixar Filme.
Die Antwortmöglichkeit "Mehr als alle Disney Animation & Pixar Filme seit Corona" beinhaltet die Startwochenenden von Wish, Elemental, Strange World, Lightyear, Encanto & Raya und der letzte Drache.
Bei der Antwortmöglichkeit "Mehr als alle Disney Animation & Pixar Filme der 2020er Jahre" gibt es zusätzlich noch das Startwochenende von Onward.
Bei Raya und der letzte Drache musste ich übrigens die Startwoche verwenden, da ich nichts über das Startwochenende von dem Film fand. Aber mit einer Startwoche von 1.130 Besuchern ist der Unterschied wohl minimal.

Habe in den sauren Apfel gebissen und zu Alles Steht Kopf 2 ein IMAX 3D-Ticket gekauft und pro Person 35€ ausgegeben für einen Film der kaum mehr als ein Neunzigminüter ist. Ich meine ich kaufe es ja, aber selbst ich als mehr oder weniger blinder Käufer musste schnauben. Das ist somit mein teuerstes Einzelticket jemals, also höher als Avatar, Marvel & Co! Würde mich nicht wundern, wenn wir vor Avatar 5 ein massentaugliches Ticket von 30€ kaufen können für Premiumvorstellungen.

Ist ein offenes Geheimnis, dass der Deutsche bei den Preisen seinen jährlichen Kinobesuch sorgfältig auswählt. Hatte erst letztens die Gespräche mit Familienmitgliedern und nicht selten kam die Antwort "Ich war jahrelang nicht im Kino".

Marvel und DC waren verhältnismäßig nie groß in DE. Die großen 2000er Franchises sind längst über ihrem Zenit und alle anderen x-ten Fortsetzungen von Franchises zünden auch kaum mehr. Wir brauchen nach wie vor eine Renaissance, die Frage ist welche Filme können die Kinolandschaft nachhaltig bereichern oder wenigstens über Wasser halten. Außer Avatar sehe ich da kaum noch was. Überraschungen gibt es auch in der Zukunft noch, jedoch keine Garantien. Vielleicht gewinnen Katastrophenfilme oder Romanzen odes sonst was wieder an Popularität? Oder Filme wie Top Gun? Familienfilme könnten im Großen und Ganzen auch noch besser performen. Abholen lassen sich besonders die Nicht-Kinogänger doch kaum noch.

In Sinsheim würde mich ein Ticket IMAX 3D höchstens 17€ kosten. Was ist das denn für ein Kino? Ist das mit Happy End oder wie?

Also wenn ich da buche, dann kostet mich das (noch immer unverschämte) 25€. Sind die UCIs nicht zu allem Überfluss auch noch alle die 1,9:1 Liemax-Säle mit normal großen Leinwänden?

Verrückt das alles. Früher ging man für 5 Mark ins Kino und hat dann für 40 Mark den Film als Video gekauft...

Auch wenn ich selbst immer mal wieder Probleme mit den Preisen habe (und die eben genannten Preise von 25€ oder 30€ sind absurd), man muss fairerweise immer die Inflation bedenken.

Ich hatte vor kurzem mal den Durchschnittspreis von 2023 (9,71€), mit dem Durchschnittspreis von 2005 vergleichen. Dieser war 5,85€. Wenn man das aber mit Inflationsrechner berechnet dann wären das heute 9,21€.

Daher scheinen die Preiserhöhungen bei den meisten Kinos im Rahmen mit der Inflation zu sein.

Es fällt allerdings auf dass die Preise mittlerweile sehr variabel sind, ein Imax 3D Ticket mit VIP Sitz für Alles steht Kopf 2 kostet 25€ im UCI Wandsbek.

Währenddessen hatte ich heute Kung Fu Panda 4 im Cinemaxx Dammtor in 2D mit Superspar-Sitz für 6€ geguckt.

Natürlich sind das andere Kinos, andere Preisklassen, andere Formate, etc… , aber selbst wenn man das bedenkt ist das schon ein starker Unterschied.

Die Kinos haben sich viele Jahre nicht getraut, die Inflation auch nur weiterzugeben und standen irgendwann mit dem Rücken zur Wand. Als ich für 5 Mark ins Kino gegangen bin, hat auch das Brötchen nur 10 Pfennig gekostet...

Es ging hier um den Vergleich Kino/Homevideo. Heute ist der Kauf des Mediums bei Neustart oft billiger als das Kinoticket.

Für die Behauptung, Kinos hätten sich nicht getraut die Inflation weiterzugeben, hätte ich gerne eine Quelle. Meine Berechnungen sagen da etwas anderes.

Auch dass der Brötchenpreis von 10 Pfennig zeitlich mit einem 5 Mark-Ticket kollidiert, halte ich für mehr als fragwürdig.
Ich bin in den 90ern in meinem Dorfkino als Kind für 5€ ins Kino gegangen. Das passt auch zum damaligen durchschnittlichen Ticketpreis von Das Brötchen hat da sicher keine 10 Pfennig gekostet.

Überhaupt geht es hier vor allem um eine Kritik an einem 25€-Ticket bei einem durchschnittlichen Ticketpreis von 10€. Diese Diskrepanzen sind durch die ganze Premiumisierung natürlich auch deutlich größer als früher. Auch das bleibt eben im Hinterkopf bei den Leuten hängen. Selbst wenn man auch anderswo für 10€ ins Kino kann.

2 weitere Vorstellungen wurden heute freigeschaltet, damit sind es jetzt insgesamt 314 Vorstellungen für Alles steht Kopf II. Dies bedeutet das Alles steht Kopf II bei mir nun den Rekord für die meisten Vorstellungen hat (Vorher war das Dune II mit 312 Vorstellungen inkl. DFs).
Natürlich muss man bedenken dass Dune II nur Mittwoch-Previews hatte, während Alles steht Kopf II einen Mittwoch-Starttag hatte. Allerdings startete Dune II in 4 weiteren Kinos (Koralle Kino, Studio Kino, Zeise Kino & Abaton Kino).

Die Mittag & Nachmittag Vorstellungen sind ziemlich gut besucht für einen Mittwoch ohne Ferien oder Feiertag, der beste Start seit Chantal sollte sicher sein.

Wow, zweitbester Starttag des Jahres...

Einzig der Sonntag sieht in meinen Auswahlkinos ein bisschen verhalten aus ... die Abendvorstellungen inkl. Sa. sprechen für einen starken Start des Familienfilmes.

Aber ich sehe gerade, dass das Kinopolis Viernheim seine erste Vorstellung nun an den Wochentagen um 16 Uhr spielt. Uff, also die Zeitfenster werden echt immer kleiner.
